İşlemediklerimiz: YelAI sohbetleri, özel notlar, mesajlar, çocuğun yazdığı serbest metinler ve konum bu sistemde hiçbir şekilde veliye açılmaz. Reklam, davranışsal profilleme, analitik ve üçüncü taraf izleyici yoktur.
3. Çocuklar ve bağlantı
Bağlantıyı daima çocuk başlatır: lyeli hesabında tek kullanımlık, 10 dakika geçerli bir kod üretir; veli bu kodu girer. Çocuk lyeli’de bağlı velilerin adını görür ve bağlantıyı istediği an koparabilir; veli de koparabilir. Bağlantı sona erdiğinde veli erişimi anında biter. En fazla 4 veli bir çocuğa bağlanabilir. Bu sistem çocuğun isteği dışında izleme aracı olarak kullanılamaz (Kullanım Koşulları m.4).
3a. Velinin kimliği ve çocukla eşleştirme
Kayıtta e-posta adresinizi doğrularsınız ve 18 yaşını doldurmuş olduğunuzu, bağlanacağınız çocuğun velisi/yasal temsilcisi olduğunuzu beyan edersiniz. Kimlik belgesi veya vesayet belgesi istemeyiz ve doğrulamayız; eşleştirmenin güvencesi, çocuğun kendi hesabından ürettiği tek kullanımlık koddur (çocuğun bilgisi olmadan eşleşme kurulamaz). Veli hesabı çocuğun e-postasından farklı olmalıdır. Beyanın yanlış olması hâlinde sorumluluk beyanı verene aittir; kötüye kullanım şüphesinde bağlantıyı kaldırabiliriz.
3b. Çocuğa verilen bilgi ve çocuğun kontrolü
Çocuk, bağlantıyı kurmadan önce lyeli içinde hangi bilgilerin veliye gösterileceğini (ve hangilerinin asla gösterilmeyeceğini) açıkça görür, bağlı velilerin adlarını görür, “Velinle paylaşılanlar” ekranından velinin görebildiği ve göremediği her şeyi inceler ve bağlantıyı istediği an kaldırabilir. Çocuğun bilgilendirilmesi bu aydınlatmanın bir parçasıdır; velilerin gördükleri özeti çocuklarıyla birlikte konuşmaları önerilir. 13–17 yaş arası çocuklar için bu sayfa velisince de okunabilir olmalıdır.
4. Verileri kimler alır?
- Supabase – kimlik doğrulama ve veritabanı (veri işleyen).
- Cloudflare – barındırma ve ağ güvenliği (veri işleyen); bağlantı günlükleri (IP adresi dâhil) kısa süre tutulabilir.
- E-posta gönderim hizmeti (Resend) – yalnızca özet/uyarı e-postalarını açtıysanız; e-posta adresiniz, görünen adınız ve e-posta metni (çocuğun adı ve sayısal özet dâhil) gönderim için bu hizmete iletilir (veri işleyen).
- Yasal zorunluluk hâlinde yetkili kamu kurumları.
Verilerinizi satmayız ve reklam amacıyla paylaşmayız. Altyapı sağlayıcılarının sunucuları yurt dışında olabilir; aktarım KVKK m.9 uyarınca, yeterlilik kararı yoksa sağlayıcıların standart veri işleme şartlarına (DPA / standart sözleşme hükümleri) dayanılarak yapılır; Kurul’a bildirim gerekiyorsa yasal süresinde yapılır.
5. lyeli.com ile ilişki
lyeli uygulamasından bu siteye giden bağlantı yalnızca bir adrestir; kimlik, kod ya da kişisel veri taşımaz. Aynı veritabanı projesinde çalışsak da veli hesabınız çocuğun hesabından ayrıdır ve satır düzeyi güvenlik kurallarıyla yalnızca bağlı olduğunuz çocuğun özetine erişir.
6. Saklama süreleri
- Veli hesabı ve bağlantı kayıtları: hesabı silene kadar (silince veli hesabı ve bağlantılar kaldırılır).
- Bağlantı kodu: 10 dakika; kullanılmış/süresi dolmuş kodlar bir sonraki kod üretiminde silinir.
- Kod deneme kayıtları: 1 gün.
- İlerleme özeti: çocuğun lyeli hesabındaki saklama kurallarına tabidir; veliye yalnızca son 90 gün gösterilir.
7. Haklarınız
KVKK m.11 ve GDPR kapsamında: verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silme, işlemeyi sınırlama, itiraz etme ve taşıma haklarına sahipsiniz. Hesap sayfasından verilerinizi indirebilir ve hesabınızı silebilirsiniz. Diğer talepler için [email protected] adresine yazın; en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlarız. Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu’na şikâyet hakkınız saklıdır.
8. Güvenlik
Tüm trafik HTTPS’tir; şifreler tek yönlü özetlenir; veritabanı satır düzeyi güvenlikle korunur; bağlantı kodları özetlenerek saklanır ve tek kullanımlıktır; sitede satır içi betik, üçüncü taraf kaynak ve izleyici yoktur. Bir ihlal olursa mevzuattaki sürelerde yetkili makamlara ve etkilenenlere bildiririz.
9. Yapay zekâ (şeffaflık)
Bu sitede yapay zekâ kullanılmaz. Günlük, haftalık ve aylık e-postalar ile uyarılar, çocuğun sayısal özetinden kural tabanlı (şablon ve eşik değerleriyle) üretilir; bir dil modeline veya üçüncü taraf yapay zekâ hizmetine hiçbir veri gönderilmez ve bu özetlerle sizin ya da çocuğunuz hakkında otomatik bir karar verilmez. Çocuğun lyeli’deki YelAI sohbetleri velinin görüş alanına hiçbir şekilde girmez (bkz. madde 2). Gelecekte yapay zekâ ile üretilen bir özet eklenirse bu durum önceden bu metinde ve e-postanın kendisinde “yapay zekâ ile üretildi” diye belirtilir, isteğe bağlı olur ve çocuğa bildirilir. Bir uyarının yanlış olduğunu düşünüyorsanız veya otomatik üretilmiş bir özete itiraz etmek istiyorsanız (KVKK m.11/1-ğ; GDPR m.21–22) [email protected] adresine yazın. Çocuğun lyeli’deki yapay zekâ özellikleri için lyeli.com’daki Yapay Zekâ (YelAI) Bildirimi geçerlidir.
10. Bölgesel hükümler
- Türkiye (KVKK): veri sorumlusu yukarıdaki işletmecidir; yurt dışı aktarım m.9 uyarınca yapılır; başvurunuza 30 gün içinde yanıt veririz; Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu’na şikâyet hakkınız saklıdır. Çocuğun verisi velinin hesabında kopyalanmaz.
- ABD: Bu site 18 yaş üstü velilere yöneliktir ve 13 yaş altı çocuklardan veri toplamaz (COPPA); çocuğun özeti, çocuğun başlattığı bağlantı üzerinden görüntülenir. Kişisel verileri satmaz ve davranışsal reklam için paylaşmayız; eyalet gizlilik yasalarındaki erişim, düzeltme, silme ve itiraz haklarını bu sayfadaki yollarla kullanabilirsiniz.
- AEA, Birleşik Krallık ve Çin: Bu site AEA, Birleşik Krallık ve Çin’deki kullanıcılara yönelik değildir ve bu bölgelerde temsilci atanmamıştır. Bu bölgelerden hesap açılması beklenmez; gerekirse kayıt veya erişim sınırlandırılabilir. Bu bölgelerdeki bir kişi yine de [email protected] adresine yazarak verisinin silinmesini isteyebilir.
11. Değişiklikler
Metni güncellersek sürüm tarihini değiştirir ve önemli değişiklikleri hesabınıza giriş yaptığınızda duyururuz.
Privacy Policy
1. Controller

What we do not process: YelAI chats, private notes, messages, free text your child writes, and location are never made available to parents. There is no advertising, behavioural profiling, analytics or third-party tracker.
3. Children and linking
The child always starts a link: in their lyeli account they create a one-time code valid for 10 minutes and the parent enters it. The child sees the names of linked parents in lyeli and can end the link at any time; the parent can end it too. When a link ends, the parent’s access stops immediately. At most 4 parents can be linked to one child. This system may not be used to monitor a child against their wishes (Terms, section 4).
3a. Parent identity and matching with the child
At sign-up you verify your e-mail address and declare that you are over 18 and the parent or legal guardian of the child you will link. We do not ask for or check identity or guardianship documents; the safeguard is the one-time code that the child generates from their own account (no link can be made without the child). A parent account must use an e-mail different from the child’s. A false declaration is the declarant’s responsibility; we may remove a link on suspicion of misuse.
3b. What the child is told and controls
Before linking, the child sees in lyeli exactly what will be shown to the parent (and what will never be shown), sees the names of linked parents, can review everything a parent can and cannot see on the “Shared with your parent” screen, and can remove the link at any time. Informing the child is part of this notice; parents are encouraged to talk through the summary with their child. For teens aged 13–17 this page should also be readable to the parent.
4. Who receives data
- Supabase – authentication and database (processor).
- Cloudflare – hosting and network security (processor); connection logs (including IP address) may be kept briefly.
- E-mail delivery service (Resend) – only if you turned on summary/alert e-mails; your e-mail address, display name and the e-mail text (including the child’s name and the numeric summary) are passed to it for delivery (processor).
- Public authorities where the law requires it.
We do not sell your data or share it for advertising. Our providers’ servers may be outside your country; transfers follow KVKK Art. 9 and, where there is no adequacy decision, rely on the providers’ standard data processing terms (DPA / standard contractual clauses); any notification to the Board is made within the legal time limit.
5. Relationship with lyeli.com
The link from the lyeli app to this site is only an address; it carries no identity, code or personal data. Although both run in one database project, your parent account is separate from the child’s account and, through row-level security, reaches only the summary of the child you are linked to.
6. Retention
- Parent account and link records: until you delete the account (deleting removes the parent account and links).
- Link code: 10 minutes; used/expired codes are deleted when the next code is created.
- Code attempt records: 1 day.
- Progress summaries: governed by the child’s lyeli retention rules; parents see only the last 90 days.
7. Your rights
Under GDPR and KVKK Art. 11 you may access, correct, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. On the Account page you can download your data and delete your account. For other requests write to [email protected]; we answer within 30 days. You may complain to your supervisory authority (in Türkiye, the Personal Data Protection Authority).
8. Security
All traffic uses HTTPS; passwords are hashed; the database is protected by row-level security; link codes are stored hashed and work once; the site has no inline scripts, third-party resources or trackers. In case of a breach we notify authorities and affected people within the legal deadlines.
9. Artificial intelligence (transparency)
This site does not use artificial intelligence. Daily, weekly and monthly e-mails and alerts are produced by fixed rules (templates and thresholds) from the child’s numeric summary; no data is sent to a language model or any third-party AI service, and no automated decision is made about you or your child from these summaries. The child’s YelAI chats in lyeli are never visible to parents (section 2). If an AI-generated summary is added in future, this text and the e-mail itself will say “generated by AI” in advance, it will be optional, and the child will be informed. If you think an alert is wrong, or want to object to an automatically generated summary (KVKK Art. 11/1-ğ; GDPR Art. 21–22), write to [email protected]. The child’s AI features in lyeli are covered by the AI (YelAI) Notice on lyeli.com.
10. Regional provisions
- Türkiye (KVKK): the controller is the operator above; transfers abroad follow Art. 9; we answer requests within 30 days; you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Board. The child’s data is not copied into the parent’s account.
- United States: this site is for parents over 18 and collects no data from children under 13 (COPPA); the child’s summary is displayed through a link the child starts. We do not sell personal data or share it for behavioural advertising; you can use state-law rights of access, correction, deletion and objection through the routes on this page.
- EEA, United Kingdom and China: This site is not directed at users in the EEA, the United Kingdom or China, and no representative has been appointed in those regions. Accounts from those regions are not expected, and sign-up or access may be restricted where necessary. A person in those regions can still ask for their data to be deleted by writing to [email protected].
11. Changes
If we update this text we change the version date and announce significant changes when you log in.
