Kullanım Koşulları
1. Hizmet
lyeli Veli Bilgilendirme Sistemi, lyeli’yi kullanan bir çocuğun velisine veya yasal temsilcisine, çocuğun başlattığı bir bağlantı üzerinden çalışma ilerlemesinin sayısal özetini (çalışma süresi, tamamlanan konu, test puanı özeti, plan uyumu) gösterir. Bu site şu an ücretsizdir; ücretli bir özellik eklenirse ayrıca ve önceden bildirilir.
2. Kimler kullanabilir?
18 yaşını doldurmuş olmanız ve bağlanacağınız çocuğun velisi/yasal temsilcisi olmanız gerekir. Kayıt sırasındaki beyanınız doğru olmalıdır. Veli hesabı, çocuğun lyeli’de kullandığı e-posta adresinden farklı bir adresle açılmalıdır (aynı adres, büyük/küçük harf, “+etiket” veya Gmail noktası farkıyla da aynı sayılır).
2a. Kapsam
Bu site Türkiye’deki velilere yöneliktir. Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı (AEA), Birleşik Krallık ve Çin’deki kullanıcılara yönelik değildir ve bu bölgelerde temsilci atanmamıştır; bu bölgelerden hesap açılması beklenmez ve gerekirse engellenebilir.
3. Bağlantı nasıl kurulur ve biter?
- Bağlantıyı çocuk başlatır: lyeli’de ürettiği tek kullanımlık, 10 dakika geçerli kodu siz girersiniz.
- Çocuk ve siz bağlantıyı istediğiniz an koparabilirsiniz; kopunca erişiminiz hemen biter.
- Bir çocuğa en fazla 4 veli bağlanabilir. Kod 5 kez yanlış girilirse 15 dakika beklersiniz.
4. Yasaklı kullanım
- Çocuğun bilgisi ve isteği dışında bağlantı kurmaya çalışmak, kodu zorla veya aldatarak almak.
- Görülen bilgiyi çocuğu aşağılamak, tehdit etmek veya baskı altına almak için kullanmak.
- Kod tahmin etmek, sistemi aşmak, aşırı yük bindirmek veya başkasının hesabına girmek.
- Gösterilen özeti üçüncü kişilerle yayımlamak (ör. sosyal medya).
İhlalde hesabınızı kapatabilir veya bağlantıları kaldırabiliriz.
5. Gösterilen bilgi
Özetler çocuğun lyeli’de kayda geçen çalışmasına dayanır; eksik, gecikmeli veya yaklaşık olabilir ve çocuğun başarısını, sınav sonucunu ya da kabulünü garanti etmez.
Otomatik özetler ve yapay zekâ. E-posta özetleri ve uyarılar kural tabanlı olarak üretilir; bu sitede yapay zekâ kullanılmaz (bkz. Gizlilik Politikası m.9). Özetler pedagojik, psikolojik veya tıbbi değerlendirme değildir; çocuğunuz hakkında kararlarınızda tek dayanak olarak kullanmayın ve çocuğunuzla konuşarak değerlendirin. Çocuğun lyeli’deki YelAI sohbetlerini görmeye çalışmak veya bunu başkasından istemek yasaktır. Veli hesabı üzerinden elde edilen özetler, eğitim kurumlarına veya üçüncü kişilere kanıt olarak sunulamaz.
6. Sorumluluk
Hizmet “olduğu gibi” sunulur; kesintisiz veya hatasız olacağı taahhüt edilmez. Zorunlu tüketici ve kişisel verilerin korunması mevzuatından doğan haklarınız saklıdır; bunun dışında sorumluluğumuz kasıt ve ağır kusur hâlleri dışında, kanunun izin verdiği ölçüde sınırlıdır.
7. Hesabın sonlandırılması
Hesap sayfasından hesabınızı silebilirsiniz. Silince bağlantılarınız kaldırılır; çocuğunuzun lyeli hesabı etkilenmez.
8. Değişiklikler ve uygulanacak hukuk
Koşulları güncelleyebiliriz; önemli değişiklikleri girişte duyururuz. Türkiye hukuku uygulanır; tüketici olarak bulunduğunuz yerdeki zorunlu haklarınız ve yetkili mahkemeler saklıdır.

Terms of Use
1. The service
The lyeli Parent Information System shows the parent or legal guardian of a child who uses lyeli a numeric summary of the child’s study progress (study time, topics completed, test score summary, plan adherence) through a link the child starts. The site is currently free; if a paid feature is added it will be announced in advance.
2. Who may use it
You must be 18 or older and the parent/legal guardian of the child you link. Your declaration at sign-up must be true. Your parent account must use an e-mail address different from the one your child uses in lyeli (the same address, or one differing only by letter case, a “+tag” or Gmail dots, counts as the same).
2a. Scope
This site is for parents in Türkiye. It is not directed at users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom or China, and no representative has been appointed there; accounts from those regions are not expected and may be blocked where necessary.
3. How a link starts and ends
- The child starts the link: you enter the one-time code, valid for 10 minutes, that they create in lyeli.
- The child and you can end the link at any time; your access stops at once.
- At most 4 parents can be linked to one child. After 5 wrong codes you wait 15 minutes.
4. Prohibited use
- Trying to link without the child’s knowledge and wish, or obtaining the code by force or deception.
- Using what you see to belittle, threaten or pressure the child.
- Guessing codes, bypassing the system, overloading it, or entering someone else’s account.
- Publishing the summary to third parties (e.g. social media).
For violations we may close your account or remove links.
5. Information shown
Summaries rely on the child’s recorded work in lyeli; they may be incomplete, delayed or approximate and do not guarantee any result or admission.
Automated summaries and AI. E-mail summaries and alerts are produced by fixed rules; this site does not use artificial intelligence (see Privacy Policy, section 9). Summaries are not pedagogical, psychological or medical assessments; do not use them as the only basis for decisions about your child, and discuss them with your child. Trying to see the child’s YelAI chats, or asking anyone else to, is prohibited. Summaries obtained through a parent account may not be presented as evidence to educational institutions or third parties.
6. Liability
The service is provided “as is” with no promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Your mandatory consumer and data-protection rights remain; beyond that our liability is limited to the extent the law allows, except for intent and gross negligence.
7. Ending your account
You can delete your account on the Account page. Your links are removed; your child’s lyeli account is not affected.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will announce important changes at log-in. Turkish law applies; your mandatory rights and competent courts where you live as a consumer remain.
